Ø      Kitset delivered to and off loaded on site within Victoria.

Ø      Foundation system as concrete stumps, treated pine bearers and joists, Laminex wet area sheet flooring with R1.5 subfloor insulation. Priced on level sites.

Ø      Erection of all walls, fixing of roof completely, fitting windows, external doors and the fitting of the external insulation and half planks.

Ø      Excludes fitting internal doors, cover strips and flat pine ceiling.

Ø      Excludes all general plumbing and electrical.

Ø    Items not included in kitsets built to lockup: planning permit - floor coverings - heating - any service costs e.g: electricity, storm water disposal, sewerage and mains water - site preparation, earth work or removal of rock.
