    Stage 1, 2 & 3 House Kitset

Ø    Fitting of internal doors, cover strips and pine lining ceilings.

Ø      Fitting all kitchen joinery and wardrobes.

Ø     All plumbing within the home will be piped complete with Solus tap ware. Under floor drainage from all plumbing fittings to single discharge point.

Ø      Electrical installation will be complete with light outlets, double power points, smoke detectors, meter box and switch board ready for connection to electricity mains.

Ø      All internal and external timber will be painted, excluding floors.

Ø      Laminated glass shower screen with powder coated pivot door fitted. 

Ø    Items not included: floor coverings, heating, planning permit, site preparation, earth work or removal of rock, service costs e.g.: electricity, storm water disposal, sewerage and mains water.

Ø      Available options that can be included in the contract price; Floor covering, rain water tanks, septic tanks and general services to the home.

Ø      The above Complete House Kitset built to completion is completed to certificate of occupancy.
